Rates
The cost of a home inspection is based on the total square footage of the house. If there are detached shops or secondary suites this may add to the price of a home inspection. Contact us if you have any questions about our prices.
Mobile homes, apartments, and houses:
- Up to 2000 square feet $550
- 2000 – 3000 square feet – $650
- > 3000 square feet – Inquire for price
- WETT Inspection – $250
- Asbestos and Lead testing – Inquire for price
There will be an additional $50 fee for houses built prior to 1985 or an additional fee of $100 for houses built prior to 1960. Mobile homes built prior to 1990 will be an additional $100. Travel time may be added on for out of town inspections.
All inspection prices are plus 5% GST
