Owner and operator Brian Ball is a fully licensed house inspector, fully insured, WETT certified, and has a Diploma in Business Administration from Capilano University. He is also a member of the Home Inspectors Association of British Columbia (HIABC), and is certified through Consumer Protection BC. This ensures that all parts of the home inspection go smoothly and you can rely on your inspection report to provide you and your insurance company with all of the important details needed to purchase your new home.
