Owner and operator Brian Ball is a licensed house inspector in BC. He is fully insured, WETT certified, and has a Diploma in Business Administration from Capilano University. He is licensed through Consumer Protection BC, is a certified WETT inspector through Wood Energy Technology Transfer Inc, and is trained to perform hazardous materials surveys (asbestos and lead). Brian has 15 years experience working as a contractor and over 5 years working as a house and WETT inspector.
